Case 1: We have been engaged in 2017 by a company in Industrial Sector to go through their Service Delivery operation with purpose of identifying areas to improve service for end-users. Deliverables included : Assessment of current operation ; areas for improvement ; scoping of improvement projects

Case 2: We have worked with a medium sized company in 2018 to help build a business case for outsourcing IT operation to low cost countries. Deliverables also included project plan for lift&shift of the operation

Case 3: Engagement with medium sized company in 2018 -2019 to analyze governance structure for IT operations across multiple countries. Deliverables included areas for improvement including roles & responsibility matrix and setup of new governance structure

Case 4: We offered in 2018 Advice based consulting services for a Danish Educational Institution on how to prepare for accreditation. Deliverables included : how to write a professional self evaluation, and how to best prepare for expert Panel Visits

Case 5: We have been engaged in 2019 by an education institution who had not passed with satisfactory accreditation result. Deliverables included consulting services on how to improve assessment

Case 6: We have in 2019 been engaged in multiple workshops on Computation Thinking with research groups in Danish Universities. Deliverables include assessments of current status of Machine Learning activities and areas where AI (Artificial Intelligence) may play an important future role.

Case 7: Engagement in 2019 with education institution planning for accreditation. Scope of work included a workshop where insights from other institutions accreditation were presented. A plan forward was elucidated including consulting services
